PSI U HOOTS

continued

Angela Graveline, EI 445, says, "Hi everybody. I'm in Raleigh, North Carolina now, working as a software engineer for IBM. I just adopted two little kittens, Hank and Wanda. They're three months old and are the cutest little brother and sister. I can send you a photo of them, if you want me to. I'll be bringing photos with me to 3-3 in any case. :) They're my babies, I've got to show them off. I've also invested in some new furniture. The couch (a fuzzy one!) with the pull-out bed will be delivered in the next couple of weeks. So, whoever is in the area and needs a place to crash can crash at my place. My apartment complex has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, too. And an exercise room. :) Oh, I'll be presenting my master's research paper at the IPCC/SIGDOC conference in September. That's a pretty exciting thing! :) Other than that, my life consists of exploring my new community, making new friends, and loving my little kitties."

Sean Lensborn, EI 446, says, "Howdy. Just a quick update on me. Since I've last seen most of you I've moved onto a new job: VP of Systems Development at a Brokerage Software startup, it's a lot of fun and I work with some great people. I have also recently bought a house down here in NJ, which some of you increased the resistance of around the 4th of July. If you're ever near the jersey coast, feel free to stop by. See you soon."

Saavik Ford, EI 454, sent this in with the subject "Where are we going -and why am I in this handbasket?": "That's right folks, Paul Bilodeau, EI 432,and I have moved in together (living in sin), thus securing our seats right up front where it's toasty warm (not that we probably hadn't already). We even have a spare bedroom and bed and welcome visitors (does anybody still do road trips or are the new UG's wusses?). Sadly, we may not make it to 3 to 3 this year, if not, see you all at Founders'.

Several brothers graduated last May.
Rob Colonna, EI 443, is working for Parametric Technology Corp. in Boston.
Chris Contard Jr., EI 458, is working for Lockheed Martin in Maryland.
Tracy DiLascio, EI 460, is finishing her degree in England.
Michelle Wedig, EI 466, is attending Grad school at RPI.
Josh Adler, EI 467, is working for ICI Solutions in Connecticut ( I think that's their name, but they've changed it 3 times recently).
Amanda Flint, EI 480, is attending Medical School at Albany Med.

Rochelle Peret, EI 468, recently became employed at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. in Westford, MA as a junior environmental scientist.

LTJG Christopher A Cochran, USN, EI 469, sent this in: "Well, in my life things are moving along. I just finished flight training and was selected to fly F/A-18 Hornets (VFA_125 "Rough Raiders") out of Lemoore, CA. I am pretty excited about the near future and the experiences that it holds. Before flying the Hornet I get to go to San Diego and go through SERE (Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape) school. SERE school is a school that teaches how to survive if shot down in enemy territory. It culminates in a mock POW camp and I am told that you learn a lot about yourself as you go through it.
"Anyway, Criselda and I are still together and loving every minute that we get to be together. Once I move to CA it will be a little more difficult to see each other, but we'll figure it out. I am including a picture taken of me during my carrier qualifications on the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) and a picture taken of the T-45 "Goshawk" in flight from my leads perspective. This is the aircraft that I just finished flying and I thought some of the pictures were pretty cool. In both pictures I am the one flying the aircraft depicted."

Thumbs up!
Chris traps the arrest cable as he lands aboard
the USS Enterprise (CVN-65)
